By agreeing to use our services, you will sign a standard Customer Service Agreement, with no upfront costs involved. We will perform a thorough state search to identify any unclaimed property that belongs to you. Next, we can schedule a Notary appointment, also without any upfront fees. You'll need to provide proof of ownership to process the claim, and we'll inform you of the exact documents required.

What is your fee?

We operate on a contingency basis, meaning our clients incur no upfront costs. We only charge a percentage to cover necessary expenses, such as administration, preparation, postage, telephone, and any other fees required to process the claim.

Why do I need to sign?

By signing our agreement, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined within. This document specifies our responsibilities as the asset recovery specialists and your obligations as our client. We cannot legally provide our services without a signed agreement from both parties.

How long does it take?

The timeframe varies based on the state in which we are operating. We will give you an estimate once we verify the funds that are being held.

What happens if you can't recover my funds?

If we are unable to recover your funds, you won't owe us anything. However, we successfully recover funds 99.9% of the time.
